Wildlife Observation & Deer-Stalking

In Contact with Nature in the Beautiful Mountains of Tyrol

If you aren't a hunter, we offer you the option of going deer-stalking or making a wildlife observation outing, neither of which include any shooting. You'll go out to a observation stand in the Jagdschlössl Hunting Area early in the morning with an experienced hunter. The sunrise in the middle of the mountain landscape is an experience in itself. You will feel how nature awakens from its slumber and how the nightly silence breaks with a concert of a thousand birds.

From the observation stand, and with a little luck, you will be able to see the animals in their natural surroundings. Deer-stalking is exciting in every season. In the springtime you will see geese and grouse, in Summer you will see doe, and in Autumn rutting stags and chamois. With these experiences with nature, hunters and non-hunters will learn more about Flora & Fauna and environmental awareness in the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbuhel Alps.
