Reservation Details

The prices listed are per person and night and include:

• 3/4-board
• Use of our Wellness Facilities
• Participation in our Weekly Programme
• Local Taxes
• Additional charge for single occupancy in a double room:  € 12 per night in addition to the room category price
• Charge for short-stays (under 2 nights): € 10 per person and night
• For reservations with breakfast only, € 8 per person will be refunded
• Children's Pricing applicable with 2 full-paying guests in the parent's room
• Dogs, per request only: € 9 per night (without food). Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or relaxation and lounge areas.
• Booking Requests: the basic principle of the contract includes the details, descriptions and terms in our price list that are valid on the day of the reservation. When you make a request per telephone or in writing (fax, e-mail), you are making a binding request. The contract will be completed when you receive our written response and we receive a partial payment of € 145 within 7 days (please pay to the account below).
• We accept cash and EV card, however, no credit cards.

• On the day of arrival, you room with be available after 14:00
• Check out upon departure must be made by 11:00 
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival will be charged 70% of the total reservation price. If you arrive late or leave early, the total reservation price will be charged.
• Parking is free of charge
• Smoking is allowed in public areas (exception: dining areas, wellness areas and rooms)
